Shipping Policy

At The Burley Co., our products are made with care, not pulled from a mass-production assembly line. Many of our items are custom and handmade, which means a little extra time may be needed before your order is ready to ship.

Order Processing & Production

Please allow up to 7 business days for production and order processing before your order ships.

We work to complete orders as quickly as possible, and many orders may ship sooner. However, because our products are handmade, production times can vary depending on order volume, product availability, and the level of customization required.

Production time is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and packaged, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update tracking information after the package has been picked up.

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has completed production.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of The Burley Co.'s direct control. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you believe there may be an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to help however we can.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or been transferred to the carrier.
